I personally prefer herbs in their raw form, as I feel it is closer to what nature intended them to be. I am not saying there is anything wrong with capsule form herbs, just watch the label, know what you are putting in your body along with the herbs. Anything that is processed tends to have fillers, preservatives, even coloring added, that is to no benefit to your system. These herbs are dried from the plant. I like to use my handy Tea Ball to concoct my remedies, you can make tinctures, or even buy gel caps and load your own.
